If you are unable to return your order within in the 30 days due to covid-19, please get in contact with us.
All purchases need to return within 30 days in the original condition and packaging. We will offer exchange or full refund on the price you paid.
Please not that if you personalize or resize an item by a third party, your warranty will be invaild and you you will be unable to claim a refund.
If you are returning an item because it is incorrect, we will offer a refund on the postage costs if the item is wrong through an error on our part and not if the product was ordered incorrectly by you.
